Delivery Details
Curbside Delivery
Standard delivery is curbside — materials are unloaded at the curb or driveway. Please ensure clear access for the delivery vehicle. Boards are bundled and palletized for easy handling.
Order Minimums
There is no minimum order for DFW deliveries. For deliveries outside the metro area, a minimum order of $500 applies. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order size.
Scheduling
We offer flexible delivery windows to match your project timeline. You'll receive a delivery confirmation with a 2-hour window via email and SMS the day before your scheduled delivery.
Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting all materials at the time of delivery. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We'll arrange replacement for any damaged boards at no charge.
Storage Tips
Store boards flat on a level surface, supported at 16" intervals. Keep materials off direct ground contact and allow air circulation. Boards can be stored outdoors but cover them to protect from rain during extended storage.
