What's Covered
Structural warranty covers manufacturing defects that cause cracking, splitting, delamination, or structural failure under normal residential use and proper installation.
Fade warranty guarantees that boards will not fade beyond commercially acceptable tolerances when exposed to normal weathering conditions including UV light.
Stain warranty covers permanent staining from common food and beverage spills when cleaned within 7 days of occurrence.
How to Make a Claim
- 1. Document the issue — Take clear photos of the affected area including close-ups and wider context shots.
- 2. Gather your proof of purchase — You'll need your original invoice or order confirmation showing the purchase date.
- 3. Contact us — Email [email protected] with your photos, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
- 4. Assessment — Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and may request a site inspection for structural claims.
- 5. Resolution — Approved claims are resolved through board replacement or pro-rated credit, depending on the warranty terms and age of installation.
