By accessing and using the EzyDecking USA website (ezydeckingusa.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
2. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions and prices on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices shown are in US dollars and do not include delivery fees or applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Online calculator estimates are for guidance only and do not constitute a binding quote.
3. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quote. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery. Please inspect all materials upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.
5. Returns and Refunds
Unopened and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee. Custom-cut or special-order items are non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Warranty
Our products are covered by the EzyDecking warranty as detailed on our warranty page. Warranty claims must follow the process outlined there. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, abuse, or failure to follow care guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzyDecking USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of EzyDecking and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written consent.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
